Thank you for stopping by the IV LocalWiki! I hadn't known that this thesis was online, and I'm looking forward to reading it now. I'd looked for it at the UCSB library, but it's been checked out for months, and I'm not a student anymore so I couldn't recall it (argh). I'm sure I've made mistakes in articles I've written here, so please feel free to correct things and add to them as you see fit, and you'd be welcome to join the editor Facebook group if you like. -Britta
Hi Britta, if I notice things to fix I will, but unfortunately I don't have time to go through systematically. But wikis are teamwork, so hopefully others will step up and add info from the thesis. -Harold
