What do you know about SAGE Brainstorming I?  We are starting a page to collect ideas for classes and instructors for 2015 Fall classes.  Read the suggestions and make sure you start your own paragraph without changing anyone else's ideas.  I suggest you start the paragraph with your name so we can contact you if we have questions.

PLEASE DATE YOUR ENTRIES SO I CAN KEEP TRACK OF ALL THE POSTS!!  THANK YOU VERY MUCH,

Penny - I have asked Linda Trickey of Cooperative Extension to teach one class on building dish gardens that will clean the air during the winter.  We'll have to charge a lab fee because they will actually create the dish garden to take home.

Pam - CREATIVE WELLNESS WALKS feature gentle walk and fresh air arts studio on the lawn of the Laudholm Farm.   A Maine treasure located on the Wells Reserve, the historical site features 2250 acres of protected coastal habitat, including the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge.  With nature inspiring the senses,  participants can paint, draw, or write about their observations of the environment and scenic vistas.

Pam - CREATIVE RETREATS AND GATHERINGS are held at local art and health venues throughout the year, and seasonally at scenic outdoor locations in Maine, including Waterfall Arts at Montville, the stunning woodland site which once held the original Haystack School of Crafts.  These events offer a special focus on everyday creativity and help participants tap their self-expression for health and well being.  The programs feature a group dialogue about creative wellness and hands on activities that include visual art making, creative narrative, illustrated journals, and music therapy.
