Quoted from the 1941 Attica Torch, "The Attica Tennis Team has a fairly successful season. They won three matches and lost five. Two of the team matches lost were to teams in Erie County. Throughout the year, the Attica racket-wielders outscored their opponents. The total number of points for the year was 33 for Attica and 29 for their opponents, Robert Schreiber earned the distinction of not losing a single encounter."
