Biography


Born in Attica. Robert attended Harvard University where he received his degree in Law and opened a private legal practice in Buffalo, NY. Robert served in WW1 as a 2nd Lt of artillery. In 1919 he joined Cornell University faculty as a lecturer at law, then a professor and eventually Dean of Cornell Law School. Robert Died in Ithaca, NY at the age of 80 and is buried in the Forest Hill Cemetery
