The Brinley Building is a commercial building constructed in 1963 by John W. Brinley, on the site of the Weber home (which Brinley inherited upon the death of his aunt, Hattie Weber). The building was owned by Brinley through Brinley Downtown Properties, and was sold in 2016 to Browman Development Company of Walnut Creek. The building occupies the northeast corner of 2nd Street between E Street and F Street.
Not to be confused with the Brinley Block.
