Town Centrale is a planned residential apartment complex on Sycamore Avenue adjacent to the Bayside neighborhood. Construction was halted in 2011 in the wake of the city's financial troubles. The half-finished building was sold to Presidio Development Partners in 2014 for $1.1 million who plan to finish the building with 147 apartment units and 10,000 square feet of retail.
There is no schedule for completion.
