Wynwood is a neighborhood in Miami. Previously known as a Puerto Rican neighborhood in the 1950s and a textile district, there's been a recent push towards gentrification/revitalization with art galleries, coffee shops and bars. At least part of the neighborhood transformation is attributed to Tony Goldman, former head of Goldman Properties.1
