General

• Nevada County Certified Growers Market: Ranging from May through October. Tuesdays, 3-6pm at the Sierra Presbyterian Church in Nevada City. Thursdays, 2-5:30pm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Penn Valley. Saturdays, 8am-1pm at the North Star House in Grass Valley. Also includes live music, activities and workshops.

Grass Valley

• Mill Street Farmers Market: Thursday evenings, June through Labor Day weekend, in Downtown Grass Valley on Mill Street between Neal and Main. This market has a lot more to offer than fruit. Vendors sell a variety of fair food and handie crafts.

Nevada City

• Nevada City Farmers Market: Saturday mornings, mid-June through October, in Downtown Nevada City between Robinson Plaza & Union St.

Truckee

• Foothill Farmers Market: Ranging from March through December in various locations in Colfax, Auburn, Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Homewood, and Truckee.

Grass Valley

• Starbright Acres Family Farm: Located on Polaris Drive. Open 7am-7pm, 7 days a week, year round. Garden vegetables, chickens and goats.
• SunSmile Farms: Located at West Drive, 2 miles outside of Grass Valley off the Rough and Ready Fwy. Open Tues-Fri, 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pm. Also offers U-Pick on certain dates and CSA subscriptions.

Nevada City

• Cedar Creek Farm: Produce available for pick up by appointment.
• Tumbling Creek Farm: Produce pick up available by appointment.

• Bierwagen's Donner Trail Fruit: Located next to the Happy Apple Kitchen off of Hwy 174. Open Mon-Fri 10am-5pm and Sat 9am-4pm.
• Bakbraken Acres: Located on Judy Lane at Hwy 174. Open July-October, Mondays and Thursday from 10am-2pm.
