Synopsis
"The Neighborhood Center of the Arts has provided developmentally disabled adults an opportunity to lead full and rewarding lives, a place where they can make friends, explore their abilities, and gain a sense of accomplishment. Each day, up to 50 artists ranging in age from 21 to 75 attend the studio and create weavings, ceramics, paintings, drawings, woodwork and computer arts."
