The Boero Manufacturing Company was founded in 1941 by George E. Boero (March 21, 1916 – April 14, 2001) and his father, Ernest George Boero (May 29, 1890 – March 16, 1965). From 1942 to 2002, they operated at 5416 and 5418 College Avenue. According to George's obituary, the company had "a loyal and long term relationship with Koret of California", 1 which made clothing.
