The California Cotton Mills Studios, which are located in the former main building of the historical California Cotton Mills, is a collection of 74 work/live studios meant to serve as an "incubator for various enterprises" and add diversity to the mixed-use industrial neighborhood.
In the lobby of the building is a small museum detailing the history of the California Cotton Mills.
