Charles Miner Goodall (1824–1899) was an entrepreneur and steamship captain. Along with George C. Perkins, they founded Goodall, Nelson and Perkins steamship company.

Charles Goodall Lee was named in his honor after Goodall saved Lee's mother from a probable life of slavery. 1

Goodall died in 1899 and is buried in Mountain View Cemetery.
