Fuller and Goepp Company was a glass company c.1918-1926 run by F. Joseph Fuller and Arthur A. Goepp. In 1923 they built a new plant at 1103 Jackson. The building was designed by M.J. Rist, who was associated with Carl Werner.
Earlier ads only list a San Francisco address.
In 1936, the State of California purchased the building on Jackson for use as a vehicle registration office.
