The Oakland Bulk and Oversized Terminal (OBOT) is the under-development creation of Phillip H. Tagami of California Capital Investment Group, in partnership with Insight Terminal Solutions of Oakland and Louisville, and with John Siegel as CEO. The OBOT was formed to replace the closed Oakland Army Base and its plan was formed by Tagami originally working with Patrick "Pat" Cashman, an economic development specialist with the City of Oakland.
