The Oakland Post-Enquirer was a newspaper published from 1921 to 1950. It was a combination of the Oakland Daily Post and the Oakland Enquirer. 1 Hearst Newspapers abruptly shut it down on September 1, 1950. 2

In 1922, E. A. Vandeventer was the publisher and C. H. Brockhagen was the business manager. 1
