The LOTT water alliance is a non-profit organization formed by Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, and Thurston County. LOTT manages a large number of facilities and staff that are dedicated to preserve and protect public health and the environment by cleaning and restoring water resources for the community. LOTT obtains reclaimed water and distributes it after it goes through a treatment process.

The Wet Science Center allows for the community to become involved in planning and decision-making to help the environment as well as structuring and organizing LOTT’s future facilities and organizations.
