Good Areas

  • Brighton - Quiet neighborhood, close to Victoria park & downtown, you'll often find nice older apartments with a lot of character

Bad Areas

  • Brown's Court - Not exactly a bad part of town, but if you don't enjoy the sounds of University students doing keg stands, it may not be the best neighbourhood for you.
  • Duplexes on upper Queen - Very close to Brown's Court, another university party area.
