2. accounting for how long the paint has been around/quality

4. Who needs used-paint

5. There does not seem to be a market for used paint.

QUESTIONS

1. Can mixed paint be mixed into any color you want? (Color Theory)

2. Are the components of paint (latex, acrylic, etc.) more valuable than the paint itself?  (extraction possible?)
