McGeorge School of Law is a Law School in the Oak Park neighborhood of Sacramento. It is affiliated with University of the Pacific in Stockton. It is the only ABA Accredited Law School in Sacramento.

McGeorge was founded in 1924 and merged with University of the Pacific in 1966.

McGeorge is continually ranked in the top 100 Law Schools according in US News and World Reports. It ranks in the top 15 for International Law Programs and in the top 5 for Trial Advocacy programs.

The most notable faculty member at McGeorge is Justice Anthony Kennedy of the United States Supreme court who taught at the school for many years and teaches for a summer abroad program in Salzsburg, Austria every year.
