The Renaissance Tower is a 28 story, 372 foot tall structural steel office building located at 801 K Street in downtown Sacramento. When it was built in 1989 it was the tallest building in Sacramento. It is still is a notable part of the Sacramento skyline. The lobby includes a hand cut marble and stone wall relief that depicts an ancient river canyon and celebrates Sacramento's river tradition. There are 21 floors of office space, one basement level, retail and restaurant space at street level, and 6 levels of parking. The exterior is composed of hundreds of mirrored windows.
